With Michael Diamond taking an iLOA and standing down as FComm 5 and CO, USS Draco, those positions currently need filling.
The first one is FComm 5. Taking the advice of Mike, I hereby appoint Captain Ryan Williams as FComm 5.
The second is CO, USS Draco. Again, taking Mike’s advice, I hereby promote Lieutenant Commander Andrew Robinson to the rank of Captain, with all the privileges of that rank, and appoint him as CO, USS Draco.
