In light of recent developments as well as past Issues. I have asked TJ Morgan to step down as GM Director. Before the rumors fly and this becomes a free for all here are the reasons why.

Complaints about handling and treatment of Members in The GM Board.

Obstinate and unwillingness to seek compromise.

Inability to work with other departments with in the framework of the rules as written.

Failure to follow procedure
Some will say it is because I disagree with his changes. That is not correct, I do disagree with his changes, but it is handling of the disagreements that led to this. Change for the sake of change is Chaos. As I stated at the beginning of the term I sought no major changes to the club into the lead up to Exodus. I still allowed the discussions to be had. On the 30th of May I gave TJ until the 31st of July to prove that this would be handled correctly. It took 18 days for a different issue to arise. It was an issue that could have been avoided following the correct protocols, or at minimum including the people from the department in question.
I have come to the conclusion that TJ Morgan no longer is viable to work with in my Cabinet. This is Effective Immediately.
