As the Commanding Officer of the USS Challenger, Kat Dedul, has stepped down with in the Academy Fleet, and being a Suitable replacement was currently available from Supernumerary Academy Officers. I hereby announce that Fleet Captain Ray “Turtle” Branch is named Commanding Officer of the USS Challenger. No promotion is needed as Previous Command Rank has been obtained by this officer.
