There are things that no sitting President wants to have to do, let alone admit needs to be done. After a long deliberation with the Pertinent members of the Staff, and upon recommendation of the Academy Commandant, the USS Discovery, Renamed Columbia, will here by Decommissioned. Reducing the Academy Fleet to Two Vessels the Challenger and the Endeavor. The Current Cadets of the Columbia will be sorted as needed, those ready for Graduation are being graduated to the Main fleet, those that have not yet met Graduation Criteria, are being shifted to the Challenger.
