There comes a time when as a command staff we are required to make tough decisions. Often they are decisions the average member will not know all the facts about. One of the many tasks of the Executives and Fleet Command is maintaining a healthy environment on any given role play platform. At this time it is deemed that for the health of Star Base Magellan a change must be made at the highest level of its internal command structure. BJ thank you for your many years of service, and perhaps someday when the time is right, STF and RL will come back to a place where you can once again assume command.
Normally, a search would be started to find a suitable replacement for Star Base Magellan. Fortunately there was one available and willing to take the Command. Formerly the CO of the USS Atlantis, Fleet Captain Amber ‘Taz’ DeSadier has agreed to assume command of the Star Base and assist in her rebuild. As Amber has been previously promoted to Captain, no promotion is needed.
