With the resignation of the Commanding Officer on Outpost 42, and Upon Recommendation of the Fleet Commander, Pioneer Fleet, Adam W. Is hereby instated as Commanding Officers of Outpost 42. As he has recently been promoted to Captain, with out a Command, no Promotion is needed.
Congratulations Captain, take your Station.
