All,
We as a club strive to provide a safe environment for all. We do not always succeed in this. As a result of a rumor of a request for a specific X-Fleet Ship. That at the time had not been granted or denied, two members decided that it was better for them to leave. As they did so they broke several rules in discord. For this they have been banned in Discord.
We are a diverse group and attempt to be tolerant of all life styles, races, creeds, and religions, as long as the participant does not do anything that actually breaks the Terms of Service of the Club. That is all we can do, to do anything else is to create the very thing we are trying to avoid. We cannot be inclusive, by being exclusive because someone in the club may object to a point of view that you have outside of the club. We are a US based organization, and we respect Freedom of Speech, but we have our own rules, and until someone breaks them, we cannot be the thought police.
I am sorry but I thought we were a Club full of Star Trek Fans, who came here to write about Star Trek.
Both Violators then posted in Command. As a Result of TOS violations, and Discord Violations, Both Elliot Cooper and Lola McLeod are hereby banned from all Club Activities, as I do believe that people should be given second chances, this can be revisited for removal in 1 Years’ time.
