Robert Gulley is hereby promoted to the rank of Fleet Captain, with all the rights and privileges that entails. He’s one of the few Internet Directors that have dared to fiddle with the beast that is the effWeBB coding, he’s been Election Coordinator last term, certainly not an easy job and this is well deserved.
