The Constellation isn’t in the best of shapes just lately, and with Mark Wilson, current CO of the Constellation absent, and no word on his return, there is little choice but to relieve him of command in an attempt to get it back on track.
In light of this, I hereby promote Matt Evans to the rank of Captain and give command of the Constellation, in Fleet 2, to him.
