Steve Johnson is hereby promoted to the rank of Fleet Captain. Steve puts a lot of effort into whatever he does, be that FComm-2, former counsellor on the Discovery, CO on OP45 or mentor co-ordinator for the Personnel Department, and this promotion is certainly well deserved.
