With Ryan snowed under with work and as a result taking an eLOA, that leaves the command chair on the Endeavor a little empty.
With that in mind I hereby promote David Goldsberry to the rank of Captain with all the rights and privileges that entails and appoint him CO of the USS Endeavor, Fleet 5
