With Matt Evans stepping down from the CO chair of the Constellation, it leaves an opening in Fleet 2 that needs filling.
Therefore, I hereby promote Gareth Gudger to the rank of Captain with all rights that entails and appoint him as CO of the Constellation in Fleet 2 (Tis the only ship crazy enough to take him<g>)
