With rl taking Phil Robinson away, it leaves a vacancy in the command chair of the USS Polaris in Fleet 7.
Therefore, I hereby promote Katherine Dedul to the rank of Captain, and assign her to the Polaris as her commanding officer, with all the rights and privileges that entails.
