I would like to thank Mike, Larry and Ralf for their help on this matter, but their verdicts are now in, the logs analysed and I’m charged with the task on acting on that evidence.
17 votes from the recently past election came from the same IP address, this time it wasn’t just a case of highlighting a way of hacking into STF, this time it was done with a specific theme in mind, to alter the results of an election.
An IP that only two STF members share and one that only two people have only ever logged in with - Mack and Simon.
The first two votes had been traced towards Simon and the remaining 15 towards Mack and whilst neither of them have openly admitted it, the logs do speak for themselves. These logs which have been checked and have undergone hours and hours of research, studying and investigation to make sure there was no other possibly likely scenario.
I do not take this decision lightly, but in light of this evidence, I hereby ban Mackael Stockhausen and Simon Kelly from STF, all active characters should now be deleted.
