Amanda Noon has put a heck of a lot of effort into the Personnel Department, sorting through new members, keeping track of the various statistics so we know just how well we are doing in the member retention area, and has done the job to the very best of her ability.
It is with this in mind that I hereby promote her to Fleet Captain, with all the rights and Emma cake feeding priviledges that entails<g>
