With Jonathan Hughes joining the ever growing cult of folks with real lives and subsequently taking an eLOA from STF means that there is a vacancy in the command chair of the USS Columbus in Fleet 4 that needs filling.
Therefore, I’m not promoting anyone<g> Instead, I’m re-assigning Ralf Steen (who is already a captain hence no need for a promotion) back as the CO of the USS Columbus, with all the rights and priviledges such a posting entails.
