The Discovery classed vessel, USS Columbia, NCC-20103 is hereby commissioned in the Academy Fleet and classified as a training vessel, operating under the same guidelines and rules that her sister ships, the Discovery and Challenger abide by.
The Commandant, along with the subsequently appointed XO are instructed to get the ship ready with a Counsellor and the various DH’s in the next 10 days. From which time, the Personnel Department, once that task is completed, is permitted to assign new Cadets to the ship.
Mmmm.. new ship smells! :-)
