With Stan having a few technical problems of his own, and being uncertain when they will be fixed allowing his return, Starbase 202 is effectively CO-less.
Therefore I’m relieving Stan Tomson as her commanding officer, and am hereby promoting Tara Manini to the rank of Captain, with all the rights and privileges that entails and assigning her as CO of SB202, Fleet 4.
This does not reflect upon Stan’s ability and he is more than eligible for consideration for any future positions should they arise.
