Please forgive my ignorance in the way you feel things ought to be done. But the only written rule currently in existence
concerning the writing of Edicts was created by Mike Bourdaa and reads as follows:

Edict 1 - Posted July 5th, 1998

• Alteration of Edict Procedure
  o Effective immediately, Edicts are official only when they are:
• Posted to STF - PREZ OFFICE on P*
• Posted to Presidents Office in Central HQ on the WeBB
• Archived on this web site (http://www.star-fleet.com/prez/)

Here’s Edict #1.

No edict shall be official until it has been posted both in Central HQ on the WeBB, and in the command area on Prodigy.

After edicts are posted in these locations, they will be archived for reference at http://www.star-fleet.com/prez/ Short,
sweet, to the point.

Any writen rule stating that Edicts must be posted seperately. In fact the only writen rule we currently have standing states
the Edicts must be posted in the Office of the President which I did do.

So to make your life easier as well as the IDept’s I will do this.

Cramer Edict #4

Edict Bourdaa #1 is hereby rescinded and superceded by this Edict.

From this point on all Edicts must be posted in the Starfleet Command ship under the topic of Office of the President and there
shall be no more than one Edict in a single post.
