Well due to unfortunate circumstances Shalon Hulbert has once again had to leave STF. Shalon you and yours are in our thoughts and prayers.
With this that left the USS Valkyrie without a CO. Mike Seiler searched high and he searched low, checking his inbox and finding that a lot of candidates were asking about the ship. This left him with a very tough decision. After going through thousands and thousands of email he finally managed to get through all the SPAM sent to him via his FComm-1 email address.
After looking over all the applicants Mike came to me with his suggestion and had this to say about who he thought was the best choice for the ship “Why can’t they stop all this SP…” Doh! sorry wrong quote. He had this to say about the new CO of the Valkyrie “He comes highly recommended and I have been impressed by what I have seen of his activity in the two ships we serve together on.”
So with such a strong recommendation coming from the FComm-1 it is with great pride that I announce that Jack Dipper is hereby promoted to be the CO of the USS Valkyrie as well as the rank of Captain with all rights and privledges entitled to him.
Welcome to the Center Seat Captain Dipper, and congratulations.
