Captain Nathan Miller has expressed his desire to return to active status, and I have granted his request.
Nate Miller is reinstated as Captain of the USS Titania, STF5.
Captain Jeremy Friedman, formerly CO Titania, is transfered to become the CO of the USS Andorian (also STF5). He has been acting CO for long enough ;-)
BJ Phillips, former CO Andorian… need another break.
