For several terms now, Ray Branch has served as Assistant Fleet Commander. He also took over as the SOX (Supervisor of Experiments). With the addition of Marketing & Advertising Coordinator to his portfolio, his efforts have been contributing in very positive ways to the club. In recognition of his work over the past few terms, I hereby promote Ray to the rank of Fleet Captain.
