On the advice and recommendation of the Fleet Commander-5, it is my pleasure to promote Peter McGarvey to the rank of Captain.
Peter is furthermore assigned as the Commanding Officer of the USS Chernov, Fleet 5.
Congrats Peter! This is well deserved and I know you will do the Chernov proud.
