The Resolution has been without an active CO for awhile now and I am happy to welcome back someone to the ship?s center seat. Who better to command the Rez than the person who dreamed it up and worked to see it a reality?
Based on the recommendation of Fleet Commander-3, I hereby appoint Harley Cartee as Commanding Officer of the USS Resolution.
