An Academy ship takes a lot of time, energy and enthusiasm to run, and the Discovery has been in need of a new CO. On the recommendation of the Academy Commandant, I hereby appoint Elliot Cooper as Commanding Officer of the USS Discovery.
Congratulations Elliot! I know the cadets are in great hands and that you?ll do a wonderful job.
