After careful consideration and patient investigations by myself, Krys, and Cale as Fcomm 1 of Foremost Fleet, Sam Bibb is hereby relived as CO of the USS Asimov. After a prolonged application period Ray Branch is hereby appointed to replace him as CO of the USS Asimov.
