Due to Emily England stepping down from the center chair of the Chernov due to real life stuff and based on the recommendations of Steve Sigle Fcomm of Meridian Fleet Nate Evan is hereby promoted to the rank of Captain and appointed as the new CO of the Abramsverse USS Chernov
