After a long search for a viable strong CO for the USS Viking, based on on the recommendations of Fcomm 8 Matt AFComm 8 Steve Johnson, Scarlet Olivia is hereby named CO of the Viking and hereby promoted to the club rank of Captain with all responsibilities there in. Forthcoming animal name shall be done forthwith
