Ray recently needed to step down from his role as CO of the Challenger, leaving us a key position in the Academy we needed to fill.
Based upon the recommendation of the Academy Commandant, I name David Shotton Commanding Officer of the USS Challenger. Congratulations David. I know you?ll do well.
I?m not going to make any promises on having a third edict in a row about you, but I?ll see what I can do.
