Doom approached. At least that’s how the man curled up on the floor at the back of the shuttle saw it. From a distances his eyes looked empty and litless, but if you were to look closely enough you would see that they were watching everything going on around him warily. His hair was dirty and greasy looking and his golden skin had an odd pallor to it, almost as if he was recovering for a long term illness. Which was why to any observer it would be a shock to see such a weak looking man locked behind a force field. Not only that but the prisoner was guarded by four men (not including the pilot who was also an officer) as if he were to suddenly rise from his position on the floor and somehow take over the small Intelligence shuttlecraft that was transporting him to the Prision ship U.S.S Swift.

“Are we there yet?” The prisoner whined, “Mum. Dad.” he looked at the guards he’d obviously dubbed mum and dad, “I’m booooaaarrd.” The two guards gave him an irritated glance before looking away. They’d been stuck with the prisioner ever since he’d been cleared by medical for transport and they were eager to be rid of him. Even straight after he’d come out of surgery a couple of days earlier, he’d had the never ending comments and complaints and all four of the guards couldn’t wait to be rid of it.

=^= U.S.S Selvador to U.S.S Swift we are bringing the prisoner onboard now. Do we have clearance for docking? Over =^=

=^= Preparing docking precedures now =^=

As the pilot glided the shuttle into the docking bay, the four guards focused their attentions on the prisoner. Two of them pulled out their phasers setting them on stun and kept them trained on the prisoner, while one guard manned the forcefield dropping it long enough for the fourth guard to join the prisoner in his cell before sealing the pair of them in together. Understanding what was going on the prisoner placed his wrists obligingly in front of his body to be cuffed. “A bit much fellas?” the prisoner asked, as he was hauled to his feet, the force field dropping only once he was standing and it was obvious the cuffs were secure. “Jus for little ol’ me,” the guard holding him gave him a firm shake, “Quiet you,” he growled. The prisoner laughed, but thankfully remained silent.

Obediently he walked beside his escorts towards the door of the shuttlecraft, but as the door opened he suddenly stumbled into the officer on his left, angling his shoulder down and then upwards shoving the surprised officer off of his feet. With speed that any passive observe wouldn’t have thought him capable of mere minutes earlier the prisoner turned and dropped, avoiding the predicted phaser blasts as he charged at the guards behind him shoving them into heach other. Another phaser blast was fired but the shot went wild, missing the prisoner by an inch. The two officers fell over, as they lost their balance and went down in a tangled heap. Sensing movement behind him the prisoner swung out at the movement, making contact enough to grab and throw the upright guard right back into the first guard who had just managed to get back on their feet. Another phaser blast fired. Not stopping to see the bowling pins fall, the prisoner with a flashy un-necessary flip, landing by the Intelligence pilot. He taunted the pilot dodging the shots as the pilot fired them until he found the right opening and jumped on the pilots back throwing his arms over the pilots head using the cuffs to choke the pilot. “We can do this the easy way or the hard way,” The prisoner said in an almost friendly tone, “What are the command codes to the vessal?”

“Go to -” The pilot choked as the prisoner tightened his grip. The prisoner shrugged, “Your choice mate,” he said using his grip to slam the pilots head into the wall. Releasing the now unconscious pilot the prisoner leant over the consol and started pressing buttons trying to get the doors to the shuttle shut before the Swifts Security made it to assist. A phaser blast made him jump however, the second one making him crumble, even as he was turning to face them. “Come on guys,” he said staring up at the stern face of his shooter, “You can’t blame a desperate man for trying. No hard feelings right?”

One of the original guards fixed him with a cold stare, marching over while he was still weak from the blast and yanking him to his feet. “Move it,” she growled, as someone else moved behind him and shoved a phaser uncomfortably into his back. “Thank your lucky stars this is a Starfleet vessal,” they hissed, “If it were up to me I’d be making you pay for that stunt.”*

The (new) Prisoner

Vonn watched the display from the other side of the secure hatchway. The Breen didn’t move or flinch as the fight commenced, nor did he seek to intervene until it was ‘resolved’. Once the transport team had secured the prisoner… again… he opened the door and strode in. Four of the black clad guards fell into precise step behind him.

The tall and heavily armored Breen walked up the shuttle and stopped a short distance away. The four guards fanned out forming a box around the Head Guard. An electronically synthesized voice issued forth form the helmet. “Prisoner Alpha-Whiskey-nine-seven-nine-eight-four. I am Major Vonn. I am the Head Guard of this facility. You are hereby assigned to the USS Swift for the duration of your sentence. You will comply with all orders given to you by prison staff. You will keep yourself in a clean and hygienic manner at all times. You will not attempt to escape. You will not attempt to harm any Prison staff. Any attempt to ignore or circumvent these rules will be met with force. Follow the rules and you will treated fairly. Failure to do so will result in punishment.” The voice held no emotion, no judgement, nothing. It was as if it was being recited by a robot.

The prisioner rolled his eyes, waggling his head from side to side, “Yeah yeah,” he said, sarcasam lacing his voice, “I’ve heard that speech before,”

“You will be released from your restraints momentarily in order to switch from theirs to ours. Do not move during this time. Force will used to ensure your compliance if necessary. I direct your attention to the catwalks above you and along the perimeter.” One of the transporting agents looked up and let out an involuntary “What the f-” at the sudden and quite eerily silent appearance of the Over-watch Guards before being cut off by Vonn. “There are twelve guards stationed above you. All have explicit instructions to shoot you if you move during the restraint removal and replacement. They also do not care for whomever else they hit, including me. Their sole purpose is to ensure that you do not leave this bay except under my custody and in the manner I have briefed them prior to your arrival. Do you understand the parameters for your transfer, Prisoner?”

Vonn, Head Guard

The Prisoner rolled his eyes again, “Yeah, I understand. Won’t happen again, me and my old pals were just having a bit of fun weren’t we?” He grinned at the original guards, earning him a jab in the back with the phaser in response. “Hey, easy, I just got shot you know,” The prisoner complained. The female guard sighed dragging the prisoner forward, practically throwing the prisoner at Vonn “He’s all yours,”

“Easy prized jewles here,” The prisoner complained. “The Bear won’t like you breaking them,” The female guard laughed loundly at that. The prisioner shrugged, “Suite yourself,” he said simply. He turned his attention back to Vonn and held he hand’s out. Using a voice that sounded more like a child repeating a rule his parents had told him he said, “I will not attempt to escape or hurt anyone while you do so.”

The (new) Prisioner

Vonn didn’t move. The armored and helmeted figure seemed made of stone, a singular sculpture set in place on the deck. Two guards moved forward and began removing the restraints, replacing them with ankle shackles, a broad leather belt that kept the prisoner’s wrists on his hips and elbows bent at a forty five degree angle, and a fabric strap that went from one elbow to the other. As they did so, one of the guards said low, but not as if he was being stealthy. “One thing you should know. That guy -” and he jerked his head in Vonn’s direction “-makes Vulcans look emotional. Try what you want, but you can’t get under his skin. I’ve seen Syndicate operatives end up insane from trying to get him riled. Just do what he says, and you’ll be fine. And don’t try to play games. Just do your time. respect us, and him, and you’ll be fine. Don’t… and then it gets really crappy. But only for you. Our job is the same regardless of what cell block you are on.”

“Seems like a nice guy,” The prisoner quipped quietly, memorising the guards face so that the prisoner could recognise him in the future.

As they finished Vonn spoke, but not to the prisoner. “Transfer team. You are hereby relieved of custody. Please note. I will be filing a report with your superiors regarding the incident wherein you allowed a prisoner to overpower you and try to hijack the shuttle. I would recommend that you seek alternative employment. You are obviously not suited for this line of work. You underestimated your charge based on their appearance. I would have expected a more professional approach to a prisoner of this calibur. Dismissed.” and then he turned to the prisoner and guards. “Search him. Full scan. I suspect he appropriated something or some-things from one of the supposed guards during their scuffle.”

Vonn, Head Guard

OOC: I’ll let you determine if that is correct or not. But know that the search will be… ‘thorough’. lol

OOC: What prisoner wouldn’t take the oppertunity to sneak a communications device… or two? ;)

IC: Two of the three remaining guards (the other having ignored everything to attented to the injured pilot) bowed their heads in shame. But the female guard kept her head high. She looked like she wanted to protest the prisioner wasn’t that high of a security risk, he was only a petty thief and barely cleared for transtport by the doctor that attended him. Intelligence only labeled him as such because of they needed him safe and out of the way. Somewhere that was distantly tied to Intelligence, but that they could access at a moments notice. Her team had been posted as the prisoners guards to make sure he made it to the Swift. The prisoners partner may have been the one who had turned the prisoner it, but Intelligance didn’t want to take any risks with Irakli Davis otherwise known as ‘The Bear’, should he learn of the prisoners circumstance. As far as she was concerned her team had completed her task. A logical part of her psychee told her that this was only because they had been fortunate that Irakli hadn’t attempted anything. If the prisoner the notably weaker of the pair could so easily temporarily subdue her team, she shuddered to imagine what would have happened had the Bear himself been there.

“Understood sir,” she said glearing at the prisoner who looked very satisfied with himself. She had to wonder whether he was merely finding amusement in the trouble her team was in, or whether he had planned this. It was impossible to tell. “The problem is now yours. Tell your Captain to expect us there is much we need to… discuss” with a nod to her remaining two members, she proceeded to exit the Docking Bay.

Despite the scan being taken of him, the prisoner was indeed smirking in satisfaction at the reprimand the transport guards were recieving. He didn’t look the slightest bit worried about the vast array of items, the guards scanning would find hidden about his persona. This included, one medical tricorder (presumably stolen during his stay in Sickbay), one locket containing a photo of on of the guards and a woman, two communications devices (one a commn badge and the other a small emergency transeiver. Definitly stolen during the fight), and oddly enough… a squashed turkey sandwhich. The majority of these items were hidden in the many pockets inside the prisoners pants, while the turkey sandwhich and the transeiver were located in a pocket inside the prisoners leather and cloth vest that revealed that was open to reveal his bare chest. Around his neck was an amathest amulet on a woven string, that hung on his chest.
