Ensign MacMoragh reported onboard what would be his third duty station, still an Ensign. Of course, anyone that read his record knew that MacMoragh has been a Lt (j.g.) twice and had been busted back to Ensign both times. How he managed to stay in Starfleet was beyond anyone’s understanding. But, like it or not, MacMoragh was here and had his duty orders in hand.
