While wandering the corridors since he was no longer on shift at that point in time , he was still rather dumbstruck at the events that had just occurred. He walked in and found a somewhat secluded spot at one of the booth/tables in the back of the legendary Atlantis Lounge. He sat down and breathed a sigh of relief leaning back in the padded corner booth he was in. “What a day ..” He said aloud, quietly, but to no one in particular. His hand almost subconsciously came up to his collar to feel the two new shiny golden Lieutenant pips on his collar still only expecting to feel the single Ensign pip he had become accustomed to. He usually wasn’t one to come to a place like this, but for this kind of occasion he felt like he could use a bit of a break from the ordinary.

The blue light and atmosphere of the lounge wasn’t all that bad to be honest. Not to mention since the lounge was still fairly new, not too many people found their way there, but it was steadily getting more and more people to it as the news traveled of the station being active again. He placed his arms up on the top sides of the booth actually looking relaxed for once since their arrival. He’ll probably have to order some of the good Scotch for this occasion. Hopefully there was still some left? He just waited patiently as he was in no rush, taking in the atmosphere.
