As the newly appointed Director of Experiments, it falls to me to send out this notice.

As expressed in the XFleet bylaws, any ship in the fleet must have a minimum of 5 players active at all time. By ‘active’, it means 5 players posting with the past 14 days. The Dauntless currently has 2. So in accordance with the bylaws, I am letting you all know that you have 7 days from today (2/16/2020) to get 5 players current and posting. ‘Posting’ will be considered IC posts. If you cannot do this, the Dauntless will have to be decommissioned.

I know that the Dauntless has a long history within XFleet, and I do not want to see it go. If there are outlying circumstances that I need to be aware of, please contact me via Discord or email and we can try to come up with a plan to help you get the ship current. I will help as I can.

Just a reminder. You have less than 24 hours to get your ship within the minimum number of active players, or the Dauntless will be decommissioned. I will review the posting at 7 pm CST tomorrow, 2/23/2020. If there are not 5 active players, I will have to decommission the ship. I strongly encourage you that are active to reach out to your inactive crew and try to get them posting IC.
