Following Esther’s conversation in Sickbay, she headed straight for the Science Labs. As she moved, she tapped on her comm badge =^= Esther to NE Jetson, prep Science Lab One for my arrival, I have a sample that needs analysing pronto. =^=

A short while later she entered the Science Lab where NE Jetson was waiting for her. “It’s all ready for you, sir,” Jeston said, her nose crinkling in distaste as she spied the vial of blood in Esthers gloved hand. “Isn’t that a sickbay thing?”

“Sickbay have requested our help. There’s an unidentifiable substance in the blood that they think our scanners might identify better.” Esther said as she placed the vial gently down on the bench, and grabbed a tricorder. “I’m going to give it a scan with my tricorder now, and see if it will tell me more than theirs did. Otherwise, you and I can work to isolate this mysterious chemical compound and work from there.”
