It had been a long day of paperwork and crystal and snowflake were both in need of a good run. So they went to the gym to run on the track. Once there crystal found a spot to set her water bottle and a portable water dish for snowflake. Then they headed to the track. The pair took off in a dead sprint running multiple laps around the track before snowflake was tired. They took a brake to drink some water and catch there breath before they would start running again.
