Doing her rounds alone Abbey found it a good time to reflect and unwind, she wouldn’t find any stowaways onboard as that alone would be a deathwish and the Xeno races on board were kept to a minimum so she didn’t suspect a coup. None the less she was still walking the corridors of E deck with the science labs next on her list, she wasn’t told why it was a routine check but she did as all good solder did, follow orders.

Walking into the Lab after a short walk along the corridor she looked around to see nothing at odds, in fact, it was empty less for a few animals in cages which were probably either food for some of the Xenos or unwilling test subjects. She had just turned to walk out when she bumped something very much not a door as it was soft and made a small noise.

The orange cat looked up at her and meowed and started rubbing her body on Abbeys legs. Then around the corner came a Vulcan. “Tigger! You had me worried. Do not go off alone like that. You need to stay near me where it is safe.......” He looked up and saw Ensign Wyatt and stood up and cleared his throat. “Hmmm. Madam. How may I be of assistance?”

Abbey looked down at her feet as the cat rubbed against her black knee-high boots, looking to the Vulcan opposite her and then back down she knelt down her boots which went past her knee bending their pointed ends pulling away from her inner thigh exploding the blade she kept there before picking the cat and stroking its head, she began walking over to the Vulcan. Looking around to make sure they were alone she passed the cat over and spoke softly, “You can call me Abbey, and your name is?” Abbey had to be careful it was often that the Empire had spies everywhere even amongst non-humans, especially amongst non-humans trying to find traitors but after her interaction with the ships MACO and security chief she needed someone not a Terran.
