The Admiral appeared on-screen “Sorry Captain but there has been a change of plans” she looked very frustrated She brought up a small video feed that showed the ISS Persephone being towed into a Drydock “Seems Captain Keener and his crew found more than a few components that were not operating correctly yet Keener decided it was a good idea to push the ship to its limits Flew it through an asteroid field overloaded the weapons system and nearly caused a warp core breach…” she sighed bringing her right hand up to rub her eyes It would be at that moment Gunnar might catch a similar Black Obsidian ring on her right hand “Unfortunately We cant replace Keener as he is the only other captain available right now…” she sighed “Anyway due to the Persephone being back in Drydock, for now, I don’t have any War game partners for you and in fact, I think I have a better test for you and your crew” the Admiral said lowering her hand and looking sternly at Gunnar

“The Delmise Colony has been silent for far too long we thought a storm might just be causing a communications blackout however its clear now something has happened Head to the Delmise system and find out what has happened to the colony and deal with it” she ordered

Gunnar placed his head in his right hand for a moment and shook it “Damn fool” Was all he muttered before turning his attention back to the Admiral “It’ll be dealt with Admiral” He said in his icy cold voice. He nodded to the helmsman “Please give Keener my regards, inform him I’m saddened at losing another opportunity at defeating him” His dry and cold voice betrayed no sense of humour nor malice.
