Braxton after escorting the Captain stood outside Sickbay with another member of his team. He cautiously watched the entire left side of the corridor. As his counterpart watched the right side of the corridor.

Harris, CoS

Almost as on cue, Simon rounded the corner approaching sickbay. He had been planning on simply passing by, however the curiosity caused by a pair of security officers outside got the better of him.

Recognising Harris, simon figured he wouldn’t get any answers so instead headed straight to the door as though sickbay had been his intended destination…

“Unless you’re injured you have no business here.” Braxton went after him.

Harris

“I wasn’t curious before, but I certainly am now,” Simon replied, “Haven’t you got something better to do than stand idly in the corridor?”

-Simon

“I’ve secured this deck for extra Security precautions. Please return the way you came from or I’ll detain you.” Braxton glared at the man.

“I have an appointment,” Simon replied before once again attempting to enter sickbay…

-Simon

“Not until I give the all clear on this section. You can wait in the Promenade til I’m done here.”

Harris, CoS

“Done hiding what?” Simon asked

Braxton motioned for two of his officers to his current position. Looking at Simon “You agreed to comply with all rules and regulations onboard this station prior to docking here. You can either go on your own two feet with these two gentlemen or I’ll have you locked in the Brig. Your choice.” Braxton glared at the journalist in a serious manner.

Harris, CoS

“I agreed to no such terms,” Simon replied, “I came following up on a lead and your predecessor had the ship I had transport on impounded.”

He folded his arms and leaned on the door in the hopes it would open. There was no such luck… The door sensors were too sophisticated to let him fall through an opening door and they remained firmly shut.

The South African man sighed. “Because Starfleet let other captains think it was my fault, no-one will give me passage. I couldn’t even cover the presidential election. Now I really can’t miss this appointment, so if the only way to see a doctor is the statutory examination that you must arrange for all those you put in the brig then go for it. Do you really want all of that extra paperwork?”

Gettingannoyedat his noncompliance “I don’t mind the paperwork. You can do the appointment from the Brig.” Looking at the two officers “escort him to the Brig.” The two officers ushered him away fromthe door. Before they left the corridor and vocal range “I’ll meet you down there Mr. Jacobs shortly.” Braxton replied .

Simon protested as the security officers led him away…

Another “ghost” seemed to fall in with the security officers taking the reporter away. Although he seemed to be traveling with him there was no evidence that he was traveling as part of the team either. Kind of like when two people live near each other start following each other on the highway.

At that convenient moment, Ben emerged from Sickbay.

“Well that’s interesting,” He said noticing the ghost following so conveniently.
