After leaving the COS with their guests, Ben headed towards the bar with the XO. He wanted to get to know the man in a more relaxed, less formal environment.

The new CE would also be on their way and it was a good opportunity to meet him too.

Ben persuaded the bartender to let him start a tab and rent one of the privacy booths so they could talk a bit more openly than one would normally do in a public space…

Mike entered the bar with his bag of tools and his bag of belongings. He saw the CO in one of the private booths. He walk over to the door and press the bottom to Notify the co he is outside

Ben rose and pressed a button on the tables controls to release the door.

“Lieutenant Knight, I presume,” he said extending his right hand towards the new CE.”

After inviting Knight to sit down. “Apologies for stiching you up with Jacobs. He would have been a significant inconvenience had he come to the correct airlock so we set him up to keep him out of our way. As much as I want him off the station he hasn’t technically done anything illegal… Yet.”

Ben sipped his drink. “His ship was recently impounded and no-one trusts him enough to give him passage on their ships so we’re stuck with him. The airlock itself is considerred a neutral space. I’d hoped he would actually go all the way through onto the Trinidad so we could consider him a stowaway. No such luck.”

Lieutenant knight looked at him “ well that little camera of his hurt My eye it is a cybernetic one and he should know more about people before he goes flashing them I could’ve had a seizure” he said setting down back in the whole glass

“Did I miss something while we were dealing with our ‘guests’?” Aaron asked as he looked over at the chief.

“I don’t believe we’ve met, Aaron Foley,” he said extending his hand.
