Kaden was on his way to the USS Magellan. He was on board a family friends cargo vessel destined for the Magellan. He had been on transport to the Magellan for a few days. He was ready to get aboard his new assignment. Kaden was fresh out of the academy. He studied Security with a focus in hand to hand and weapons combat. He was very excited about getting ready to go. As he looked up from his PAD, he heard the ship announce it was on approach to Starbase Magellan. This notication was Kadens queue to gather his items and leave the vessel. After a few minutes, the Solarwinds arrived in dock at the Starbase. He then proceeded to head out of the ship and enter the Magellan. Kaden had already been over the layout of the Starbase many times during his trip to the Magellan. He always liked to be prepared for anything and familiarity of the station was extremely import. He knew where to go in order to report in to his new commanding officer. He wanted to drop off his belongings, as little as they might be, before checking in with his commanding officer. After a few minutes, Kaden arrived at his quarters. He walked in and set his stuff down in the corner. He took a quick look around to see all the ideal places for lock downs and ideal locations when cover needed to be obtained. He then left his quarters and headed to Main Security. Kaden then headed to Deck 12 where he knew Security was. After a few minutes of walking and riding the turbolift, he arrived at Security. He took a quick second befor walking in. He then approached the door and it opened. Then he stepped in and walked over to the Lt located at the table and said, “Hi, My name is Kaden Buchanan. I was ordered to come to Starbase Magellan for my first security position.”
