The lonely transporter chief, double checked the controlled and the systems… and waited for something to happen.

GM

Perhaps over zealous, “Morning Bright” made his way into room, pausing indoor way to scan the room. “Chief” he acknowledged. before retreating to the hall. Looking up and down the hall and finding himself the first to arrive, he simply made himself comfortable, laying down against the bulk head.

Ensin “Morning Bright”

The XO arrived just behind the Ensign and smiled and patted the large reptile on the shoulder. “Ensign, good to see you. Ready to take a stroll through the streets of Risa?” he asked with a smile. He was wearing loose fitting khaki pants, a pale blue v-neck shirt, and a slightly darker but still plae blue linen sports coat. He looked around and frowned slightly. “I see we are still waiting for the others.” He tapped the comm badge inside his breast pocket and said =^= Lieutenant Petrov. Lieutenant Claire. Ensign Locksley. Your presence is requested in the transporter room. Dress for Risa. Ten minutes. =^= and he looked back at Morning Bright. Cooking his head to the side slightly, he said “How good are your acting skills, Ensign?” with a mischievous grin.

Reilly, XO

Looking sidelong at the XO for a moment, “ I play the big dumb reptile well, do you need the Marine or the Archeologist?” The Gnalish version of a grin spreading across his head and eased crest.

Ensin “Morning Bright”

“There’s not much need for streets on Risa, Commander… most people use teleporters or shuttles,” remarked the chief.

GM

Petrov strolled in at this time. Not really acknowledging anyone. He went to the transporter pad and stood there as if put out to be part of the team. In his mind he always had something better to do than be with the bridge staff. In fact he was wanting to check in with his new second in command of Engineering.

Petrov CE

Reilly grinned at the Chief and said “Figure of speech, Chief.”

When Petrov entered, Reilly nodded once at the Chief Engineer but said nothing to him. He knew Petrov was only going because he had no choice… but his expertise would be necessary if they found any other objects of interest.

Looking at Morning Bright, he smiled and said “Actually, Ensign, I was thinking ‘collector of antiquities and objects of interest’.”

The deep rumble of a ‘chuckle’ escaped the Gnal, “Mercenary archeologist it is. Exactly what are we looking for, Sir?” The massive Ensin was bright green with excitement.”

“There only few places on Risa you’d find like that… mostly likely you’d have to find a Black Market or something,” remarked the transporter chief.
