“Yes Mamm.” Celador said and gestured down the corridor towards the COS’s office.

“How did you know exactly where to find us and that coin. Seems to me that you were looking for it specifically?” He asked as they walked down the corridor.

“If you don’t believe in coincidences, Ensign, I believe as the Vulcans would say, it is logical to conclude based on my presence at that precise moment that my appearance was not a coincidence. But I am not Vulcan,” replied Mado. Mado lead the way with the young ensign behind him.

“That’s what I was afraid of.” Celador responded as he lead the way to Alita’s office.

“What’s so special about that coin, outside of the obvious side effects?” he asked after the turbolift doors closed.

“Your question assumes that I know more about the coin than you do,” replied Lt. Mado, “Which I do not at the moment. However, the coin is old, so any symbols or any markings might be in the Memory Alpha database. But I did not have a chance to study the coin before the good Lieutenant demanded it back.”
