Remy nodded to Erin. “Dat was painless enough. Let’s ‘ope de rest goes as smooth.”

After the comm was done with Melnorme, the viewscreen switched to an exterior view showing the shuttle moving toward the trading vessel.

Boudreaux (CO)

The FSA agent cleared his throat as he took a step forward, “Captain, may I have a word with you.”

Lt. Mado (FSA)

Bryson glanced up from his station and turned to look at Lieutenant Mado. The XO wondered what information or concern the new FSA had, and was curious to know why he only wanted to speak with the Captain. For now, Commander Erin shrugged it off. He had once been a Captain and knew how space politics worked. The XO returned his attention to the data they just uploaded into the ship’s system.

Remy swiveled his chair around to face Mado. “You ‘ave sometine to add, Lt.? What is it?”

Boudreaux (CO)

Mado moved closer to the center of the bridge. “Captain, you’ve misinformed me of your mission. It appears that we are nearly 1000 years into the past, as opposed to just 100. Additionally, I’d like to request a copy of all data that has been transmitted off this vessel. I understand this mission comes under the sanction of admiral Janeway, but She may face a far greater threat than the Vaadwaur if data from our century falls into the wrong hands.”

LT. Mado (FSA)

Remy studied the FSA agent a moment before replying. Did he actually tell Mado it was only 100 years into the past?

“I’m afraid I misspoke, Lt. With half of de crew getting violently ill, my CSO and one of ‘er men switching bodies, makine contact wit’ de trader, and you’ own unexpected arrival. It was a simple slip. If it makes you feel better comine directly from me, oui, we are 1000 years in de past, in de Delta Quadrant..”

“As for de data I shared, it was limited to only the adjoinine sectors we ‘ave traveled trough to get to dis point. As a trader, it is mos’ likely dat Mr. Melnorme already ‘as much of dat informa-SHON, or at least can get it from numerous oder vessels or peoples ‘e ‘as traded wit’ or met.”

“Still, if it makes you feel better, I will make dat informa-SHON available to you as well.”

Remy turned to his XO. “Mr. Erin, transfer dat info to Lt. Mado’s Padd as well.”
