Corporal Burcham approached the holodeck door. “Computer, execute Marine workout program 5 please.” He said as he hit a button on the console. “Acknowledged, Corporal. The program is ready.” He steps into the holdodeck and begins training.

He started with some warm up exercises, and then ran for 2 miles, the holodeck displaying the background of a forest for his run. After that, he started a combative course.
