Tealor stood infront of Zoi’s quarters still woundering if this was the best approach, the man had been avoiding his evaluation long enough. If he wanted to continue serving on the ship rather than rotting on a starbase some where he would have to get it over with. Tealor wondered what intel had in mind when they placed him her, he did not judge the man for his past but it was not exactly something starfleet went after. The computer had located zoi and placed him here. Tealor rang the bell.

The door slid open after a few minutes. There wasn’t anything in Sisnil’s quarters except his PaDD, a cat bed, cat bowls, and of course, the kitten those items belonged to. He mewed cutely at Tealor. Sisnil shooed him away with a socked foot. “Yeah?”

He smiled at the cat momentarily, thought it a bit ironic and then mentally moved on when he mushed it out of the way. “After noon Mr Zoi, we’ve been unable to connect for your evlauation, I need to lock it down we are running out of time before the deadline” he noted. “May I come in?”

Sisnil stayed in the doorway. “Morris send you?” He asked. “I didn’t go because I’m not fleet.”

Tealor looked at him, “Starfleet vessel, starfleet rules, you’re not a guest, you’re an operator means an evaluation is required.” he said with a pause, “I don’t make the rules, ” he noted, “Sooner it’s done the sooner we can move on” he noted. “Like the physical”

Sisnil sighed irritatedly and moved out of the way. “Fine. Make it quick.”

Tealor looked around the room trying to gauge some personality. “Mind if I sit here?” he said motioning to the desk chair not really wanting to sit on the floor or the mans bed. He looked around for the kitten.

There was nothing personal. Sisnil watched him. “You won’t find anything interesting. I don’t know if you know this, but you don’t get to keep personal objects when you get arrested.” He sat on the bed and as he did, the Bengal kitten, Simon, leaped up, jumped in his lap, and swatted at his hands. “Simon! I’m busy.”

“Well hopefully that will change with time” he noted looking at the cat he smiled. He did not have the adversion to cats that many of thier people did, he spent a lot of time growing up on earth. He looked at the man, “Normaly we would go throug some word association related exersises, seems like maybe we can skip that part since there is a profile. Though if i’m can be frank, what i have read feels biased. So I would like to learn about you from you.” he leaned back and placed his Padd on his lap his mind locked up tight.

“Lets start with you, is there anything you think I should know beyond what’s in the file?”

What profile did he forget to delete? He though he got all those. “Hmm. I wonder why it would be biased.” He said, voice loaded with sarcasm. To the last question, he shook his head. Tessan could feel his distrust. It was deep and all consuming, bordering on paranoia.

Tealor kept a rather neutral face, “How are you settling in, it must be hard being away from what you know? Can you tell me about your life before the arest without exposing the people you care about?”

Tessan felt a powerful mental wall in his mind. “Any information is potentially harmful in the hands of an enemy. You should know that.”

“I do, though I guess I was hoping there would be something that would tell me something about you” he said, “I’m not interested in the crimes you have been accused of, Im more interested in you.” he noted.. “So being in enemy hands, how do you see this playing out? Your resourcefull I’m sure you could have escaped already had you wanted to” he said not know the full condition of his existence on the ship.
