For the moment you probably report to the COS while there’s no OIC (although in character there’s a Capt. Hilderbrand in command of the Marines) - maybe in the Brig thread or (maybe) the staff meeting? I’ve tagged in Tom for his thoughts.

OOC: I am on the ship as Greng and Capt Hilderbrand has informed me of what is happening and I asked him to have all senior staff assemble in the conference room where I will notice that I am the senior person on the ship and basically take charge in what is happening.
