While Lovejoy was on the bridge she went ahead and got onto the turbolift and said. “Main engineering.” The lift doors slid shut and started to move. =/\= Tonav can you meet me in engineering to help modify a torpedo. I’m already en route there. =/\=. She said. She then tapped her badge to end communication. The doors had then slid wide open and she stepped out and got into engineering.

Tonav tapped his combadge “on my way lieutenant i have sent the modifications to your dat pad”

“Thank you Ensign.” She looked down at her pad and saw the data modifications. She then looked at them and started to like them.

“Hello Ensign. I do find the modifications very adequate and will work. Let’s get these modifications done and see what else the commander needs us to do with it afterwards. I don’t want my engine room blowing up while we’re working on this thing.” She said giving the Ensign a approved nod.

OOC: If you could be as descriptive as possible in what you’re trying to do with the torpedo that would help immensely :-)

OOC: of course my basic idea is to turn a photon torpedo into a electromagnetic pluse or emp.

IC: Tonav turned to the lieutenant and said “all right well to begin with i think we should change the signature of the torpedo i have also created a new program which will allow it to send a shockwave to disable the romulan ship upon contact.” “let me know your thoughts and if you have any suggestions” ” i do think that it would perhaps be best if we got the commander involved as well”

“I would agree. But however, anything that is within the whole ship including torpedoes are technically in my area of expertise.” She said.

“Well from what it shows here on these designs they might just work. If they work, you’d be the most smartest science officer/engineering officer I have ever worked with.” She said giving Tonav compliments.

tonav looked at the device checking for any signs of a defect ” well i guess this is as good as it will get only way to know if it will work is to actually fire it” he then turned to the lieutenant ” what do you say we show the commander out work?”

“Agreed.” She replied back to him. =/\=Engineering to Bridge. Commander Saravia. Can you come to engineering. The work on the torpedo looks complete and is ready for test firing. However we are looking to see what you think sir.=/\= she tapped her combagde.

She starts wondering where the commander is. “Well ensign looks like it’s just up to us.” She said nodding.
