Cpl Burcham walked into Sickbay. As a new marine on the ship, he had finished setting up his quarters, and started the process to get ready for his work aboard the ship. He stood at the entrance waiting for medical personnel to be available to assist him.

A nurse approached the marine, glancing over his uniform and smiled welcomingly. “Hello Cpl. How can we help you?”

Ens. Dradvia, Medical Officer

“I’m here to get checked in, so that I may start my duty assignments, ma’am.” Cpl Burcham stated to the nurse.

“Oh well, come on in. We are quiet right now, so we will get you taken care of right away. This way.” The nurse led him over to a biobed. “Have a seat, and I’ll get the doctor.” After setting the biobed to take initial scans she walked across the small bay and spoke to a young ensign in medical blue. The woman turned, showing her Risan ja’risa on her forehead. She nodded to the nurse and made her way over. She was quiet and noticeably short. “Hello Cpl. Nurse Isen said you need a boarding physical. I’m En Dradvia, I’ll be doing that if that’s alright with you.”

Cpl Burcham, now sitting on the biobed stated “Not a problem at all, it’s nice to meet you.”
Cpl Burcham, Marine

The young woman smiled politely and pulled out her tricorder, moving the sensor around him. “Any concerns or medical history we should be aware of, Cpl?”

Ens. Dradvia, Medical Officer

“No, Ma’am.” he stated.
Cpl Burcham, Marine

“Alright,” the doctor said, “the scan should only take a few minutes.” She watched the readings on her tricorder and the display on the biobed as the computer processed the results of the scans. (OOC: What do the scans find?)
