After the Ensign had left, T’Pris made her way down to Deck 6 and found Sickbay easily. She entered and looked around for a free medical officer.

~Dr. T’Pris

A young Risan woman was working doing general tasks. She looked up at the sound of the doors opening. “Hello, I’m En Dradvia, how can I help you?”

Ens. Dradvia, Medical Officer

“I am T’Pris, Civilian Science Consultant. I am here for the required boarding medical.” T’Pris said as she came to rest with her hands tucked together behind her back. Even though she was wearing civilian clothes of tunic and pants she still had the bearing of the Star-Fleet officer she used to be. An IDIC pin held her ebony black hair in an elegant chignon at the nape of her neck.

“Come right this way and have a seat on the biobed.” Dradvia walked over and flipped the biobed on to begin scans. “Any health conditions, chronic or new?”

Ens. Dradvia, Medical Officer

T’Pris followed the doctor across Sickbay and easily sat on the biobed. She was technically middle aged perhaps by human standards but by Vulcan she was still relatively young. So she was in remarkably good health. Both her diet and exercise were adhered to daily so she was the correct weight and muscle tone for her physique.

The only remarkable thing the doctor would see in her file was that many years ago, perhaps 15, while she was on the USS Valkyrie that T’Pris had had an unfortunate encounter with a telepathic alien species that damaged her paracortex which had destroyed her normal Vulcan ability to control her emotions. She had spent many years on leave and on Vulcan trying to come to terms with this.

She had also switched from Medical to Counseling to learn more about emotions. She had then returned to her beloved Sciences which was her first love when she returned to Civilian service and she seemed much happier with herself now if her quiet demeanour was any indication.
“No, I am in perfect health and am not on any medication.”
