That was impressive..”Wow.” She paused by her door. “Onya vee’tay-ah su-trey mahthonbe’. Good night Sisnil.” She disappeared through her door.

“Night,” Sisnil said, and went into his own room. The next day he was in the galley early again. He had a small breakfast in front of him and a PaDD and he seemed like he was intently focused on it.

Dradvia never came to breakfast though. Perhaps she had a different shift or overslept? Whatever it was she never showed in the galley that morning.

The fact was Dradvia had had a horrible night. Too many memories, too much trauma, and too much shame about her behavior over the holographic monk. Sisnil had actually taken her advice and then shared the program with her. What did she do? Freaked out over nothing. She was too embarrassed to go to the galley and run into Sisnil, and she was too bothered by her memories and nightmares to face a lot of people. So she had gone straight to sickbay.

Sisnil didn’t mind not seeing her, though he did find it odd. He finished up and left the galley and went about his business. Some officers had some yeoman type tasks for him that involved running something to medical, so he did that.

Dradvia was calibrating tricorders. Luckily it was a simple task. She didn’t have to fix them, just determine if they were correct or not. When Sisnil came in, she was scanning her vitals over and over with each device. She felt extremely focused on the task, consciously using it to stop from thinking about other thingd.

A nurse greeted him when he came in. “Hello, what can I do for you?”

“I need to drop this off, that’s all.” Sisnil said. He was holding a box of supplies. “Dee!” He said when he saw her.
